Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid kinefoliosolution subscriptions and the conditions behind them. It applies to subscriptions purchased directly from HENRY WOOLWAY DESIGN LIMITED.

1. Free trial and free plan

If you are on a free trial or the free plan, there is nothing to refund. You can stop using the services at any time, and you will not be billed unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

2. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance for the cycle you select (monthly or annually). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can see your current plan, billing cycle, and renewal date in the console under Settings.

3. Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel at any time from the console under Settings, or by contacting us.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not remove access immediately.
• Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. When we issue refunds

We may issue a refund in the following situations:

• A duplicate or accidental charge for the same subscription period.
• A charge made after a cancellation you completed before the renewal date.
• A verified technical fault on our side that prevented you from using the service for a significant part of a billing period.

Where a refund is approved, it is issued for the affected period, not for periods already used.

5. When we generally do not issue refunds

• Change of mind after a billing period has begun.
• Unused time remaining in a period after you cancel.
• Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
• Issues caused by third-party services outside our control.

6. How to request a refund

Contact us at [email protected] with your account email, the charge you are asking about, and the reason. We aim to review requests promptly and will tell you the outcome.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
