Ad Policy

Advertising Standards

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This Advertising Standards policy describes what may be advertised through the kinefoliosolution platform and how ad content is reviewed. It applies to every advertiser, agency, publisher, and partner that uses the platform. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This policy covers advertisements, creatives, landing pages, and destination content delivered or monetized through the platform, across display, video, connected TV, audio, native, and digital out-of-home. Partners are responsible for the content they submit and for the destinations their ads lead to.

2. Content we do not accept

The following categories are not permitted on the platform:

  • Content that is unlawful in the jurisdictions where it is delivered.
  • Content that promotes violence, harassment, hate, or discrimination against a protected group.
  • Sexually explicit content, or content that sexualises minors in any way.
  • Content that facilitates the sale of illegal products or services.
  • Malware, deceptive downloads, or any content designed to harm a user's device or data.
  • Misleading claims, fabricated endorsements, or deceptive pricing and offers.
  • Content that infringes intellectual-property rights the advertiser does not hold.

3. Restricted categories

Some categories may be permitted only with additional requirements, targeting limits, or geographic restrictions. For these, provide supporting detail during review so the campaign can be assessed against the rules that apply where it will run.

Review requirements

Restricted categories are reviewed individually. Approval in one market does not imply approval in another, and additional documentation may be requested.

4. Creative standards

  • Ads must be clearly identifiable as advertising where required by the placement or by applicable rules.
  • Claims must be truthful, substantiated, and not likely to mislead a reasonable viewer.
  • Creative must not imitate platform or publisher UI in a way that deceives users.
  • Advertisements must point to a working destination that matches the content of the ad.

5. Review and enforcement

Creatives and destinations may be reviewed before and during a campaign. Where content is found to breach this policy we may reject the creative, pause the campaign, restrict the account, or remove access to the platform, depending on severity and history. Where possible we explain the reason and what would need to change.

6. Reporting a concern

If you see an advertisement delivered through the platform that you believe breaches this policy, tell us. Include the creative, the placement, and when you saw it, so we can investigate.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as our platform, partners, or applicable rules change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
